About the Role
We're seeking a Fleet Officer to join our Corporate Services team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of Nulsen's vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, well maintained and available to support the delivery of services to the people we support.
You'll manage fleet records, compliance, telematics, insurance claims and vendor relationships to keep the fleet running efficiently and in line with our policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating vehicle registrations, licensing and renewals
- Managing fuel cards, servicing schedules and maintenance follow-up
- Handling accident and incident reporting, including insurance claims through to resolution
- Monitoring fleet telematics (Intellimatics), including reporting, tracker installation and system updates
- Processing fleet invoices and managing vehicle disposals, changeovers and modifications
- Maintaining accurate fleet records and documentation across SharePoint, spreadsheets and TRIM
- Supporting managers and staff with fleet data, key/access management and day-to-day vehicle issues

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in fleet administration, coordination or a similar operational support role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and compliance documentation
- Current unrestricted WA C-Class Driver's Licence
Desirable
- Experience using fleet telematics systems (e.g. Intellimatics) or similar GPS/tracking software
- Experience in the disability, community services or not-for-profit sector
- Knowledge of vehicle compliance, registration and insurance requirements in Western Australia
