A permanent (0.6 FTE) Finance Officer role within a truly caring organisation

About Us

Outcare is a leading provider of community services in Western Australia, supporting people, families and communities across a range of life transitions and challenges to build stronger, more stable futures. Guided by our focus of guiding growth for stronger futures, we work alongside people to create clear, practical pathways forward. These pathways support people to maintain housing, build safety, transform their experience of trauma, strengthen social connection, enhance their wellbeing and life skills, and re‑establish positive engagement with their communities.

Our approach is grounded in deep listening and real‑world understanding. We navigate complex systems, coordinate the right supports, and reduce barriers that slow progress - so people can move forward with confidence and agency. We focus on capability, not dependency, and support change that is achievable, owned and sustainable.

We are committed to child safeguarding principles, bringing new thinking to complex social issues and respect the enduring connection of Aboriginal people to land, sea and Culture.

Outcare is part of PeopleKind Group, a diverse and growing group of organisations delivering services across justice, disability, housing, allied health, child protection and reintegration. Through respectful, compassionate and collaborative practice, we empower people to regain direction and build futures that last.
