  • Lead digital campaigns with purpose
  • Grow engagement across our group services
  • Join a supportive, values-led team

Lead digital campaigns across purpose-driven brands to grow engagement, strengthen visibility and create meaningful community impact.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Engagement Team in a parental leave cover role for an anticipated 12-month period.

This isn’t your everyday digital marketing role. You’ll lead impactful digital marketing campaigns across a portfolio of purpose driven brands, bringing each to life in ways that strengthen brand awareness, deepen audience engagement and connect people with services that make a genuine difference.

If you’re someone who loves combining digital expertise with meaningful impact, you’ll find plenty of opportunity to do both while helping advance our shared purpose of empowering people to live their best life.

About Us

PeopleKind Group is a for-purpose parent company bringing together specialist organisations that create positive impact across Western Australia. Drawing on more than 200 years of combined experience, we deliver services spanning disability, housing, allied health, justice, child protection, community support and more, helping people and communities thrive.

United by a shared vision, purpose and values and a genuine commitment to people, we are committed to a culture where people feel valued, included and empowered to make a positive difference.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, content and online experiences across multiple organisations of the Group. Combining strategic thinking with hands on digital expertise, you’ll help grow brand visibility, engage audiences and support strategic business objectives through compelling campaigns, high performing website strategies and data driven insights. Working closely with stakeholders across the Group and external digital agencies, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling content, engaging online experiences and campaigns that deliver impact.

Few digital marketing roles offer this level of variety. Working across multiple purpose driven organisations, you’ll shape campaigns that connect people with leading services and build strong brands that make a genuine difference in the community. With the opportunity to work with a range of organisations, services and stakeholders, you'll broaden your experience, build strong cross-functional relationships and develop a deep understanding of the impact our organisations create in the community.

About You

You will be collaborative, inquisitive, innovative and confident working with others to deliver quality outcomes.

You will bring experience in digital marketing, campaign delivery, content development, SEO, PPC, website management, marketing reporting and stakeholder engagement, along with a practical, people-focused approach and a commitment to quality outcomes.

Above all, you will reflect our values in the way you work and connect with others. You  will be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to work that has a positive impact across our organisations and the communities we support.

We’re for People, and that starts with our people

  • Work in an environment where our people tell us they feel supported, connected to our purpose, and trusted to work in ways that suit their role, their team and their life
  • Work with leaders who see people (not employees) who will value your contribution, fresh ideas and shared success.
  • Opportunities to grow your career, build capability and explore pathways across the entire Group.
  • Salary packaging benefits to reduce your taxable income by up to $18,550 per annum.
  • Free onsite parking, annual leave loading, superannuation co-contributions, purchased leave and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
  • Eligible to utilise our public holiday substitution policy.
