What you will do as a Senior Clinician

  • Lead complex cases across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, using advanced clinical reasoning
  • Provide clinical mentorship and supervision to emerging clinicians, sharing your expertise
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room
  • Contribute to service development, including protocols, practice resources and quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver high quality and evidence-based speech pathology service across home, school, work and community settings
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to SuperYou's clinical community of practice. 

What we're looking for

Essentials

  • 3-5+ years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in SP practice
  • SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience with complex cases and ability to work with autonomy
  • Supervision or mentoring experience (formal or informal and willingness to develop in the area)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • WA driver's licence

Desirable

  • Experience working in NDIS-funded services
  • Additional qualifications or specialisations (Dysphagia and mealtimes, AAC, social communication skills etc..
  • Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
  • Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery
