CVGT Employment is proud to be delivering the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, launching on 1 November 2025. This program represents a bold new direction in employment services - one that places inclusion, innovation, and community impact at its heart.

As the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program concludes on 31 October 2025, we’re inviting expressions of interest from passionate individuals who want to be part of this exciting new chapter.

Whether you're currently working in employment services, have personal experience overcoming barriers to employment, or simply want to bring your skills and values to a purpose-driven organisation, we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking empathetic, community-minded individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed in meaningful employment. You’ll thrive in these roles if you:

• Build inclusive, respectful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Solve problems with care and creativity
• Stay motivated in target-driven environments
• Communicate clearly and with empathy
• Adapt confidently to change
• Are digitally capable (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, data tools)
• Hold full working rights in Australia, can travel locally, and can obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check
