Exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family violence practitioner to join our skilled team of family violence professionals at our Shepparton centre and Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the
role
Reporting to the Centre Manager Shepparton, you will work in a collaborative manner with the Family Violence (FV) team across centres and external partners to deliver high quality services across RAV’s FV programs. This includes the delivery of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP), undertaking assessments for those seeking to enter family violence programs and risk management of participants. There may be a component of Family Safety Support in this role.
Based at our Shepparton centre, this is a part-time (0.5 EFT) position, working 18.38 hours per week which is inclusive of an evening shift to deliver MBC programs. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until end of June 2022, with the possibility of extension beyond this date.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $86k to $88k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
