To support this important initiative, we are seeking an
experienced People & Culture Inclusion Officer who will play a key role in
embedding LGBTIQA+ inclusion across all Human Resources (HR) functions.
About this pivotal role:
Reporting to the Project Lead – People & Culture, this
part-time role (0.7 FTE – 26.6 hours per week) is offered on a fixed-term
contract for two years. The successful candidate will have a sound working
knowledge of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce
development, employee wellbeing, and policy development. Expertise in inclusive
practices and alignment with accreditation frameworks is essential. This role
will work closely with the People & Culture team and key stakeholders to ensure
Rainbow Tick standards are fully integrated into core people practices.
