culturally safe, child safe and community connected family violence services
spanning prevention, crisis response, therapeutic recovery and programs for

About The Role:
As a Therapeutic Clinician, you will:
- Provide
high quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and child
victim-survivors.
- Conduct
specialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and risk
considerations.
- Develop
clear, collaborative treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
- Facilitate
individual and group therapeutic programs.
- Work
closely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safe
client support.
- Contribute
to service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across the
therapeutic stream.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Clinically
confident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
- Skilled in
trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
- Grounded
in feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
- Comfortable
working in a multidisciplinary, values-driven organisation.
- Committed
to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
- Motivated
by meaningful therapeutic work rather than high-volume case turnover.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary
qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
- Minimum 3
years’ experience in therapeutic practice.
