About The Role:
We are seeking a Reception & Administration Supervisor
to join our supportive and collaborative Corporate Services team. This is an
ongoing opportunity, available full‑time (1.0 FTE), based in Bendigo.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, Infrastructure & Administration, this role
provides day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of
reception and core administrative functions.
You will support a small team to deliver welcoming, trauma‑aware front‑of‑house services and provide high‑quality administrative, facilities and systems coordination across the organisation. The role contributes to safe, inclusive and well‑functioning workplace and supports positive experiences for clients, staff and partners.
This role would suit someone who enjoys leading people, coordinating systems and workflows, and working at the intersection of service, organisation and care. It will appeal to someone who values collaboration, fairness and inclusion, and who wants to contribute to a progressive organisation committed to equity, safety and social change.
