The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced People Experience &
Workplace Relations Lead to join our supportive and collaborative People &
Culture team. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is
responsible for leading employee relations, policy development and leader
capability, while strengthening consistent, inclusive and values-driven led
people practices across the organisation.
This newly created role is a great opportunity for a values-led and highly experienced HR leader to join our passionate and person-centred organisation.
