Join the Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) in Echuca as a clinician in the Safe, Thriving & Connected program as part of a regional, multidisciplinary partnership that helps to deliver integrated and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to victim-survivors.

About The Organisation:

  • An opportunity to specialise in violence trauma recovery through evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, such as, narrative therapy, art/play based modalities, EMDR and/or somatic work.
  • The ability to shape service delivery within a respected regional consortium model.
  • The chance to build meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships within a supported caseload.
  • Flexibility to balance work and life in a beautiful riverside regional community.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Clinically confident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
  • Skilled in trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.

  • Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, values-driven organisation.
  • Committed to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
