About headspace:
headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 years old, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing. This covers core areas including mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is the lead agency for headspace Wonthaggi which is governed by a consortium of local community organisations who provide expertise, support and advice to RAV.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager Youth Mental Health Services, the Centre Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational oversight of headspace Wonthaggi. This includes leading a multidisciplinary team, managing contracts, budgets, and service delivery to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families. The role involves driving strategic direction, fostering stakeholder collaboration, ensuring compliance with the headspace Trademark Licence Deed and GPHN Service Order, and promoting a positive, values-driven workplace culture focused on achieving outcomes for clients and the community.
This role is located at Wonthaggi and is full-time, permanent working 37.5 hours per week. The base salary range is $136k - $140k (pro-rata) per annum.
