Spatial Services and Development

If you are a technically oriented geospatial graduate, this could be the area for you. Begin your career in a distinctive and versatile role, merging your passion for all things spatial and with the development of custom and enterprise GIS software.

 

You will have the opportunity to:

●       Design and develop web maps and spatial systems

●       Analyse and work with complex sets of data

●       Work with GIS and data management software

●       Collaborate on a range of projects with a team of technical experts

●       Undertake a self-managed project - design and deliver your own major project with support and guidance from our team of industry professionals

 

As a preferred candidate you might have:

●       A degree in Geospatial Science, Computer Science or related IT field

●       Completed a major project using ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro or QGIS

●       An understanding of spatial services including map and geo-processing services

●       An understanding of spatial databases such as Esri geodatabases, SQL Server Spatial Data or PostgresSQL/PostGIS

●       An interest in applying spatial concepts across many domains

●       A desire to work with a team to analyse and solve complex technical problems
